2. Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Beyond this period, our standard cancellation fees apply.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation. Please note that some fees may be non-refundable.
3. Changes to Itineraries
- Modifications: Requests for changes to itineraries must be submitted in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
- Additional Costs: Changes to the itinerary may incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you before finalizing any modifications.
4. Travel Insurance
- Requirement: We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other potential risks.
- Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance is sufficient for the activities included in your itinerary.
5. Liability
- Responsibility: Nepal Trek 360 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your trip. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.
6. Customer Conduct
- Behavior: Travelers are expected to respect local customs and laws. Any behavior that disrupts other travelers or violates local regulations may result in termination of the trip without refund.
- Liability for Damages: You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by you during the trip.

8. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
